Hydraulic oil presses runs on 220V power, eight-digit hydraulic oils. the fuel tank can accommodate 15-20 Liters in hydraulic oil.
1. Make sure to fill the hydraulic oil with water before connecting the power.
2. The rod for the oil cylinder is raised approximately 5 centimeters.
3. Pour it into the oil pan.
4. Install the top plate. the top plate is 3cm thick, and the M10 screw and copper pad (copper pads to avoid spills of oil) fixated to the rod of oil.
5. Place the tank for hydraulic oil on the bottom support.
6. Connect the electric heating ring and join the wire.
7. 60Mpa. The gauge pressure should not exceed 60Mpa.
8. The switch’s opening and closing timely is a result of the pump’s electric pressure going up quickly after connecting to electricity.
