BTMA-What are the requirements of peanut oil press for pressing raw materials

Nowadays, people’s requirements for edible oil are getting higher and higher, and only the production of safe edible oil can be more trusted by the market. Peanuts contain about 65-75% kernels, 40-51% oil in kernels, and 25-31% protein. They are one of the important oil and protein resources. This has prompted many users to buy peanut oil presses and sell them on the spot. This allows customers to directly see the entire production process of oil extraction, and at the same time avoids adulteration in the oil extraction process. In order to ensure the quality of peanut oil press products, we must strictly control the quality of raw materials.

The peanut oil press is not only for squeezing peanuts as a raw material. For soybean, sesame, rapeseed, oil sunflower can be squeezed. This ensures the diversity of raw materials, avoids the cause of a single raw material, and ensures the profit of users. The raw material diversity of the peanut oil press strictly implements the oil pressing standard in the oil pressing process, so that the quality of the edible oil pressed is good.

Peanut oil press requirements for raw materials:

1. The moisture, temperature and dryness of the raw materials will affect the oil production effect. In the peanut oil press process, the fresher the peanuts are selected, the better. The newly harvested peanuts cannot be directly pressed because of the high water content. If they are directly pressed, the oil yield will be seriously affected, and the oil and oil residue are relatively sticky. Thick, moist, not easy to separate. For the same peanuts, one is dried in the sun and the other is squeezed fresh, the oil yield difference is about 5-7%. When purchasing a peanut oil press, the user should choose a wok, so that the moisture and temperature of the peanuts can be guaranteed through frying.

2. The quality of raw materials. Peanut oil yields in different regions are also different. Good-quality peanuts produce about 3% more oil than poor-quality peanuts. For example, the quality of peanuts in China and other places is good, and the oil yield is relatively high. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that peanuts are not moldy. Moldy peanuts contain aflatoxin, so that the squeezed edible oil will cause cancer. Therefore, the quality of raw materials must be ensured. It should be noted that peanut kernels are divided into red and white skins. Some peanuts are only suitable for direct consumption and not suitable for oil extraction.
