BTMA-How to deal with the crude oil squeezed out by the oil press equipment

crude oil

The oil squeezed out by the oil press equipment is called crude oil. Crude oil cannot be eaten directly because it contains impurities and is turbid in color. Therefore, the crude oil squeezed out by the oil press equipment generally needs to be processed. So which method is the crude oil treatment method.

There are three methods for processing the crude oil squeezed out by the oil press equipment:

1. Centrifugal oil filter. Centrifugal oil filter is also a commonly used one. The principle of centrifugal oil filter requires crude oil to heat water or brine. Because the oil press equipment comes with its own heating system, the temperature of crude oil is generally above 60 degrees. Therefore, it can be directly poured into the oil filter for filtering. And adding salt water can remove phospholipids, ensuring the quality of oil.

2. Vacuum oil filter. The vacuum oil filter is an old-fashioned method. The crude oil squeezed out by the oil press equipment directly flows into the vacuum oil filter. Through the action of the vacuum pump, the clear oil enters the container, and all the impurities remain in the filter screen. This method can also filter the crude oil very well, but it requires constant scraping.

3. Oil residue separator. The oil residue separator mainly realizes the separation of oil and impurities. The oil squeezed out by the oil press equipment directly flows into the oil residue separator. This kind of continuous work is suitable for oil plants.

If it is to press and sell oil in the oil mill or for external processing, generally choose a centrifugal oil filter to process crude oil with good effect.
