What models of palm kernel oil press are available?

6YL-95A Palm Kernel Oil Press Machine

Palm kernel oil is extracted from the core of the palm fruit, much like coconut oil, and is rich in C12 fatty acids. Fresh palm kernel oil is milky white or slightly yellow, has a solid consistency, and has a lovely walnut aroma. Palm kernel oil is prone to oxidation and decomposition during storage, and its taste becomes pungent. Palm kernel oil is a common condiment; due to its low cost it is increasingly used in the food commercial industry. Its high oxidative stability and absence of cholesterol and trans-fatty acids are particularly popular in fried products (saturation) and are beneficial to health.

Ⅰ. Which model of oil press can squeeze palm kernel oil?

The machines for extracting palm fruit oil and palm kernel oil are completely different. Therefore, if you want to obtain all the oil in palm fruit, there will be two production lines, palm fruit oil production line and palm kernel oil production line. A special palm oil press is required to squeeze palm fruit oil. You can use a screw oil press to squeeze palm kernel oil, but you need to use an enhanced screw oil press. Because palm kernels are relatively hard, more wear-resistant snails and larger motors are needed to squeeze out palm kernel oil. Generally there are two models, 6YL-95A and 6YL-130A.

The output of 6YL-95A palm kernel oil press is 200kg/h, and the motor power is 15kw. It is suitable for small oil mill. The 6YL-130A palm kernel oil press capacity is 500kg/h, and the motor power is 22kw. The bigger motor increases the working efficiency of the oil press. And this machine uses thickened and enlarged gears, which are more durable.
