Inspection and debugging.
1. Before performing the test on the oil pump. 2. Conduct a resistance test to pressure on the entire machine. The pressure for this test will be 1.25 times the pressure at which you work. Verify the working motion of piston that extends to its maximum. Press for 15 mins, then the gauge reading must not exceed 4 percent of the pressure used in the test. The oil circuits must be leak-free After all pressure has been removed, the indicator of the gauge’s pressure should be restored in the “0” position, the components must be unharmed and the tie rod should not be deformed in any significant way and the moving parts are not stuck.
3. Conduct a test of reliability for the safety valve. alter the safety valve’s setting to the pressure that is working (upper left 1) MPa, and test five times per minute The needle valve will be sensitive shut and open and the reading of the pressure gauge following each valve jump must not be less than the the working pressure that is rated.
