There are mainly two types of oil presses: hot oil press and cold oil press. For the oil pressing process, there are two kinds of hot pressing process and cold pressing process. The difference between cold pressing and hot pressing is that the raw material is preheated and processed and then pressed, which is called hot pressing; the other is that pressing without any frying is called cold pressing. Now that the squeezer has been very popular, what are the advantages of the squeezer?
1. Wide use and simple operation
The cold oil press machine can process granular oils such as rapeseed, soybean, peanut, cottonseed, tea seed, etc. These oils can be squeezed not only cooked but also raw. The cold squeezing process is relatively simple. For the cooked squeezing, the oil is mainly squeezed after frying the seeds. The cooked squeezing is three-point pressing and seven-point frying, so the quality of fried seeds determines the level of oil yield. However, raw squeezing avoids the process of frying seeds and is a direct squeezing of oil. The cold oil press is equipped with a circulating hoist, which can directly lift the oil squeezed out of the hopper to the hopper for secondary squeezing, avoiding manual feeding and reducing labor intensity.
2. The oil quality is clear
The main advantage of cold oil is that the color is clear, and it uses pure physical pressing without adding any elements.
