It may be caused by too large gap between the slivers or bending of individual slivers. It should be checked. If the gap between the slivers is too large, the gap should be adjusted in time; if the sliver is bent, you need to remove the sliver, straighten the sliver by grinding, shim, etc., and then reinstall it.
4. There is no feeding phenomenon in the screw oil press.
Generally, it is caused by the uneven surface of the pressed snails, wear of the pressed strips, or excessive moisture in the oil. For the reason that the surface of the snail is not polished, you can polish it with emery cloth or dry residue. For the reasons of the wear of the sliver, it can be replaced. In view of the excessive moisture in the oil, it is necessary to re-select the oil.
5. The press cage of the oil press suddenly ruptured.
The reason for this problem:
1. It may be that too much oil was put in at the beginning of the pressing.
2. Metals, stones and other debris have entered the film of the oil press.
3. The number of times of pressing was too much during pressing, and no water was added to enough material.
4. It is possible that the squeezing film in the oil press is not cleaned up or the debris is not cleaned up and the material is forced into the press.
