The pressing process of different oils has similarities and differences. Today, take peanuts as an example to answer you about the peanut oil extraction process. First of all, we need to understand what equipment is needed. In addition to an advanced oil press, it also needs to be equipped with a seed frying machine, an oil filter, a shelling machine, a feeding machine, etc. Among them, the seed frying machine is the equipment that needs to be equipped for the cooked and squeezed, and the shelling machine and the feeding machine are optional.
Generally, a large advanced oil press needs to be equipped with a feeder. These equipment work together to produce good quality peanut oil.
1. Sheller: The function of the sheller is mainly to peel off the peanut shell. Peanuts after peeling have high yields. If it is peanuts, this step can be omitted. Shelled peanuts can also be squeezed, but the speed is slow. The oil output rate is the same for the two.
2.Seed frying machine: The oil pressing industry has “three-point pressing and seven-point frying”, and the quality of fried seeds directly affects the oil output rate. Therefore, you need to pay attention to the timing of the fried seeds, not too tender or too old. It can be judged by the color of peanuts.
3.Feeding and pressing. Put the fried peanuts into the oil press while hot. If equipped with a feeding machine, automatic feeding is realized.
4.Filter machine. The crude oil squeezed out by the peanut oil press needs to be filtered by a filter, which can remove impurities in the crude oil. There is clean oil, and the filtered oil can be used for cooking directly without silting the pot or emitting smoke.
