1. Fixed costs
The so-called fixed costs are your machine costs, rent costs, and labor costs. These are the upfront funds and costs of opening an oil mill.
2. Processing costs
Customers who bring their own raw materials to the oil workshop for processing edible oil need to pay corresponding processing fees, which generally include water and electricity costs. If it is a diesel engine, it is the fuel cost of the diesel engine. For example, if you use a 6YL-68 oil press machine to press a 20 kilogram barrel of sunflower seeds, how much processing fee will you need to charge? The output of the 6YL-68 oil press is 50-60kg/h, and the diesel engine consumes 3L of fuel for one hour of operation. Then it takes about 1 liter of fuel to squeeze 20 kg of sunflower seeds. Therefore, the processing cost of pressing 20kg of sunflower seeds per barrel is machine cost + rent cost + labor cost + 1 liter of fuel cost + some profit.
