BTMA-How to solve the problem of excessive residue from the oil press

oil press

Buying an oil press is mainly to see the oil rate. The higher the oil rate, the greater the profit that can be created, and the more competitive in the market. However, after some users bought the equipment back, not only did the oil yield fail to reach, but the amount of residue produced during the oil extraction process was also very large. If the amount of oil squeezing is large, this kind of oil extraction will definitely have an impact.

So how to solve the problem of excessive slag from the oil press? Why does the oil press appear slag?

Generally, when squeezing oils, pretreatments such as frying and screening are carried out, and the moisture and temperature of the oils are changed to achieve suitable conditions and the oil is squeezed. There are often many users, but because of lack of technology and lack of experience in pressing, the oil is not pressed under the right conditions, so the phenomenon of slagging occurs.

Where does the slagging appear in the oil press? Generally, the slagging position is at the fifth and fourth snails near the feed end.

The slagging is divided into normal slagging and a large amount of slagging according to the pressing situation.

What should I do if the amount of slagging is large?

1. If the slag from the equipment is filamentous, it is normal in this case.

2. If the equipment slags into flakes, this is an abnormal phenomenon. Usually, the strip pressure wire of the oil press is not compressed, or it may be that the strips are seriously worn and have flakes in the worn area of the oil eye.

3. The cake is too thin. In this case, the thickness of the cake should be appropriately increased in accordance with the requirements of the instructions.
