1.Screen the rapeseed using a sieve to ensure that the amount of impurity of less than 0.5 percent.
2.Then, it will soften the rapeseed, which has an average moisture content of 9percent, then steam the rapeseed until it is a roll.
3.The rapeseed is heated to between 110 and 120 degrees Celsius. The moisture and the content of rapeseed are approximately 1-1.5 percent, and it is able to directly enter the oil press to continue pressing.
4.If you are using an oil cooking pan, you could clean the rapeseed and then add directly into the pan. You can also press the embryo and then add it into the pot while cooking you should add 2-3% of in water, and cook until it reaches 110-120 degrees. The pot is then pressured. In hot pressing these methods are used to determine if the rapeseed has been pressed.
