Ⅰ. Operation process when feeding.

When starting to feed, it must be steady and slow to avoid material blockage.

Ⅱ. The adjustment process when the cake is out.

1. If no cake is extruded, return the screw for 1-2 turns. If the cake is still not observed, the machine needs to be turned off and checked. But in any case, it is absolutely forbidden to operate the machine backwards.

2. Under normal circumstances, the cake is tile-shaped but not sticky, with a thickness of 1-2mm, smooth inside, creases on the outside, and no oil on the surface.

3. Cake thickness adjustment: Rotate the adjustment handle clockwise to make the cake thicker, otherwise it will become thinner. The thickness will change by 0.4-0.5mm for each adjustment circle (left-hand adjustment bolt T165*6).

Ⅲ. When the machine is running, check the oil outlet and slag outlet frequently.

1. Under normal circumstances, most of the oil will flow out from the square rod and a few front round rows. If the cake breaks, the material is too dry, and if the cake steams, the material is too wet.

2. In any case, the moisture content in the ingredients must be adjusted from time to time. The appearance of flaky slag indicates that there is too much moisture, and the appearance of powdery slag indicates that the moisture is too low.

3. If the round row is loose, it will cause too much cake residue to flow out. However, the appropriate water content in the raw material will not cause the square bar to flow slag, while the round row will allow a small amount of oil to flow slag.

4. In short, the moisture content of raw materials will affect the oil yield, and it needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation.
