Ⅰ. What are the preparation before operation?
1. The gearbox needs to be filled with 2 kg of lubricating oil. The lubricating oil reaches 70 to 80 percent of the gearbox.
2. After installing the machine, check whether it is filled with lubricating oil and whether the bolts are loose. Tighten and the handle is operable.
3. Check whether the large pulley is loose or stuck, and repair it if necessary.
4. Adjust the tightness of the strap. Turn on the motor and check its direction of rotation.
5. Loosen the lock nut, screw the screw to the bottom, loosen it for 3-4 turns and then turn it half a turn to ensure the clearance of the slag outlet.
Ⅱ. How to Operate the machine during shutdown?
1. Repeatedly move the screw back and forth several times to discharge all the materials left in the cavity, adjust the cake to the thinnest, and then stop the machine.
2. When the machine stops unexpectedly, the power supply must be cut off first, and then the large pulley must be turned backward manually to allow the material to return. Then pull out the shaft and clean it.
3. If the shaft cannot be pulled out, remove the upper case, loosen the lock nut, remove the discs, and clean them one by one.
